My Award Winning Dad!

Happy Fathers Day Big Guy! We miss ya'!

Please note the plethora of post-its in this Pic. Dad in his office, basically running advertisement for a huge Real Estate company with one other person to help (MOM!)

Dad had incredible organizational abilities, devotion to his family, a kind heart, and an absolutely wicked sense of humor. I can only hope to emulate him half as much!

More pics of the big guy:

Dad, mom, his dad, and me (I think)
Mom and Dad at one of many functions they attended over the years..

Myself, my brother the minister, mom, her horn rimmed glasses, and Dad looking very young!

My favorite pic of dad, other than the office pic..

Dad with dapper velour outfit??? Wow. The '60s. Good thing I don't have some 70s era pics.
Anyway, happy Father's day to all Dads out there

The Tipping Point in Iran

This is incredible..

They are burning the ubiquitous Khameni propoganda posters as well.

I think it's safe to say there is no turning back to the way things were. This is a monumental change in the Middle East.

Exit Question(s):

1. Would this have happened if Iran was not sandwiched between Iraq and Afghanistan, fledgling democracies?

It's very hard to look at your neighbors living in relative freedom, having a say in their governments, not being terrorized or threatened on a daily basis by self-appointed 'betters," and just sit idly by.

2. Wasn't there some ex President that said something like this might happen?
